Great for making fascinators and hats from scratch the traditional way. Classified as a 'cone' in size. Please note that this is not a finished hat but the 'body' to make one from scratch. Shipping directly from our workshop in China. Highest level of attention to packaging, short delivery time. Everything is sent in stiff cardboard boxes.
